4. The person who sent the emails didn’t speak good English, like Karina.  People don’t suddenly lose their ability to speak English. FanFusion writes Standard English.

5. I don’t know the best way to say this, but Karina is very “hyper” and FanFusion is calm.
The hyper and yelling personality of Karina matches the spammer perfectly.
An example of Karina’s email [link].  This was the kind of personality that the spammer had.  She writes in all caps and things like LOLOLOLOLOL and a lot of !!!’s all over the place and yelling insults like “Dumbasses!”  Her friends also send messages with profanities and shouting words in all caps like “FUCKING”, some of the spam emails and harassing messages that FanFusion received had the exact words.
FanFusion is a company that talks in a normal way.

6. They continued to spam, attack and harass my host even though they were asked to stop several times. [more]

The emails were sent from fanfusion’s own nameservers, without any attempts to hide it.  It is like the person wanted it to be known that fanfusion sent them.  Fanfusion is not so stupid that they will send spam from their own main servers.  You would think that if they actually wanted to send spam (which they wouldn’t in the first place) and make people think that it wasn’t from them, they will use another mail server other than their own.  Karina and her friends sent the spam to make people think that FanFusion to get people to attack FanFusion, which is harassment.

Karina tries to make an excuse that because she didn’t have access to her own account, that she couldn’t have sent the spam.  This just makes it seem like she is lying.  She also makes an excuse that if she were the spammer, then she’d have to be a hacker and she could have hacked into fanfusion’s servers to get her content.  But her account was already removed from the server (her site was on a coming soon page), and you don’t have to be a hacker to be a spammer, and it is common sense that you can send spam without being a hacker (e.g., chain letters).  Her excuse that you can’t send spam without being a hacker just makes it seem like she is lying to try to hide that she sent the spam.

Karina has the personality like the spammer to create accounts at different websites and hate websites.  She created new accounts like WordPress, Twitter, etc. to attack fanfusion.  The websites with the offensive posts of Nadine are hate websites.  She made a website on wordpress.com to get people to attack fanfusion, and it is a hate website.  FanFusion does not make hate sites.

Karina’s excuse is that she couldn’t have been the spammer because she is not a hacker because she thinks that you have to be a hacker to send spam.  According to her, only hackers send spam, and if you think otherwise you must be a hacker yourself.  So a chain letter is spam, so if you send a chain letter does it mean you are a hacker!?  Great excuse for why you didn’t send the emails.  more

This is very much my business.  You have made it my business by attacking what I support.  I am friends with some of their cowebs and staff members and I don’t like to see people harassing innocent people.  They have been my host for many years, and my site would not even be here today if it were not for them.  Also I am not the only one, other webmasters have been posting about this on their fansites, who also support fanfusion.  They have over 5000′s of supporters and happy hostees.  Karina has 5 (actually, not even that much), and she is just disgruntled because she doesn’t know how to follow rules, and now she has nothing to do than to attack the host.  I am not the only one who is disgusted with people like this.  Yes, it is disgusting.  The things that she does are disgusting.  It is sad that she has to spam her own friends to get them to attack the host.  Karina was the only one who was not attacked by the emails.

She gets her friend to attack my host because they are big and her site sucks.  Because they are successful and she can’t stand the success of others.  There are tons of great robert pattinson fansites, and hers is not one of them.  There are at least 50 other better twilight sites that are better than hers, and she can’t stand this.  Karina’s pattern and personality of attacking people through Twitter and emails is exactly like the spammer.  She is the only one who is capable of even doing something like this.

Another thing, the person who sent the spammer messages spoke very bad English, just like her.  People don’t suddenly lose their ability to speak English.

@Meelie, Karina is harassing FanFusion.  She got her friends to send them emails to attack them, and they are filled with profanities and threats.  Emails containing profanities are illegal, and it is harassment and a crime.  My host said they even asked her and her friends to stop contacting them many times and to stop their attacks, but she and her friends continue to harass and attack them.

All evidence points to Karina and her friends, we have posted pages and pages of proof here.  What more do you need?  We have a right to defend ourselves and our host.  Without them, our site would not even be here, and that is why we feel very strongly about this.  She has implied that people who do not own their domains do not care about their work.   I am very offended by this, that she is telling me that my work isn’t valuable because my host owns my domain.

Karina is now attacking me by leaving comments on my wordpress.  You know exactly who I am.  I am not going to give you my bank number if that’s what you want.  Some of her own friends have names like “Kesha Now”, how is that not hiding, according to her own logic?  I don’t use my personal facebook or anything for fansites.  I already said I took a hiatus last year.  The real question is, why she didn’t even receive any spam emails herself and knows so much.

And she is the only one who gets into personal arguments.  Fanfusion is a company and they do not say that something is “personal”.  Nothing is personal to them.  But it is to Karina.  It’s like she said, that everything is personal to her, so she will go on a personal campaign to attack people.  Just because she has nothing better to do, which is really sad.

You were attacking me by sending me threats on Twitter and implying that my work has no value, and attacking people I support who I consider to be my friends.  Btw, you are the only one, just like the spammer, who is sitting around and sending something every 5 minutes like your comments here, I keep getting emails that someone has left a comment.  I’m glad I slept through most of your emails though, I woke up one morning with an inbox full of emails from you.  You are the only one who didn’t get the email attack.  We know it’s you sending them.  I may be biased but I am not fanfusion.  You are so smart, if I were FanFusion then I wouldn’t have written that they are a company, according to your own logic.  Anyways, you can call them what you want, a company, or an organization, but my point is that you’re just like the spammer, you write the same way and write hyper emails just like them.  You’re the one that’s hiding, but people aren’t stupid, they can see that they are the same person.  FanFusion isn’t hyper like that and writes normal emails, so your personalities are completely different and nothing alike.

i also received that mail too that she posted the screenshot of, but that didn’t bother me.  also that’s not what i would complain about, of all emails, she complains about this one?  does it mean she didn’t receive any others??  or surely she would have complained about those.  i showed you the screenshot of the emails i get and which i complained about.  but she complains about receiving one spam message.  my host received hundreds and said that Vale complained about receiving thousands.  why??  why didn’t Karina receive the same emails as everyone else?  If she didn’t send it herself, then why didn’t the spammer send her the message?  Use your brains people.  If she didn’t send it, why didn’t she get the same hundreds of spam emails as everyone else which all of her friends received, and even fanfusion!?  That makes no sense.  I don’t know why she got that one message, maybe she was doing a test to send it to herself to make sure that it was working.  But it doesn’t make sense that Karina complains about one email but Fanfusion and Karina’s friend Vale say that they received thousands (Vale emailed FanFusion and said that she received thousands of emails).  She’s pretending to have received the spam herself but that was probably just a test email (god knows why else she only received one!!!).  If Karina didn’t send it then she would have received the same emails as everyone else!!!!

Karina only received one spam email (probably a test email to herself to make sure her email hack was good), but others including FanFusion received hundreds of thousands.

Again she claims because she didn’t have access to her own cpanel, she couldn’t have been an attacker.  Just saying that makes you seem like a liar.  She asks, how do we know that you don’t have to be a hacker to send spam!?  What kind of question is that?  I get tons of spam every day in my spam box from people, and I do not think that they are hackers.  In her logic, sending spam = hacker, and she tries to deny that she is a hacker just because we know that you don’t have to be a hacker to send spam!!

Her logic for why she didn’t send the emails is because she is not a hacker so she couldn’t have possibly sent it, because according to her, only hackers send spam, and if you think otherwise you must be a hacker yourself.  So a chain letter is spam, so if you send a chain letter does it mean you are a hacker!?  Great excuse for why you didn’t send the emails.

Every hostee at fanfusion has phplist.  That’s what was used to send the spam, I searched phplist after I saw it in the footer and found that you can spoof emails with it.  Anyone could have known this.  You don’t have to be a hacker or a genius to think that non-hackers can send spam.

3. If she doesn’t know anything about hacking, then why is she posting all those technical screenshots!? Either she is a hacker and does understand what all those email details mean, or she is trying to make people believe that because it has fanfusion’s nameservers on the emails, that fanfusion sent it so that people will attack fanfusion.

She mumbles something about sleeping in on sunday and it’s her personal life to cover it up, but the emails were not sent on Sunday.  In my spam emails, they are on a weekday (like January 12th), exactly during the time in Mexico that people are awake and exactly the time that she will have the time to do this.  People in Mexico who work would be at work during this time.  Only a student or someone with no job would even have any time online like this, and she writes herself that she is a student.  (except that tried to use that as an excuse that she couldn’t have sent the emails because she was sleeping).

She sends threats to fanfusion’s staff.  She is aggressive and sends threats, and she has been sending threats to my host and also to @nicolerichieorg for just defending her attacks.  She sent threats to my host and now she is sending threats to me to “watch out.”  Just like the spammer.  There are a few people who are posting in this blog, but right now, that is me writing this post.  We think that she is the one who is sending the spam.  I am very offended that she thinks I’m not a fan just because I’m ok with my host owning the domain, like says I don’t care about my fansite and I’m not a real fan because I don’t care about my domain.  And she is saying that my own site isn’t mine.  I registered the twitter myself to my own gmail in 2009.  I founded the nicole richie fansite at nicolerichie.org over 5 years ago and it’s been online every since, various people have contributed but I had built the gallery with over 30,000 images myself.  I got all of the exclusive and rarest photoshoots (outline, getty exclusive, contour) and candids.  I am busy now with my life so I can’t keep it every day like I used to, but I am the founder on the site.  She says just because I don’t care that my host owns the domain, I can’t be a real fan because she says if i were a real fan I would care about the domain, and my work.  She implies that I don’t care about my work because I gave my domain to my host.  Who is she to say that I don’t care about my work or I’m not a real fan?  I think that makes me a 10 x the fan that is she, just because I actually don’t care about domain things and want to focus instead on updating my site and things that are actually related to that.

She says that we know so much about this, but what about her!??  We know because we asked.  Why does she know so much even though she didn’t receive the emails herself?  Because she is the kind of person that has nothing better to do with her time than to make hate sites, just like the one she made at wordpress.  She knows so much because she has nothing better to do with her time.  It is funny that she knows so much about this but didn’t receive the spam that everyone else received.  It’s like, she is so angry at fanfusion that she is spending her own time to attack fanfusion.  Life is short, doesn’t she have anything better to do?  The answer is no, she has nothing better to do than to makes hate websites, just like the ones she made on Nadine!   Karina writes the same way as the person who sent the spam emails, like all crazy with random capitals and exclamations and things like “LOLOLOLOLOLOL”. and “!!!!!”   (FanFusion writes normally and does not write in a crazy way like this).

Karina is the only person who actually makes hate sites and her personality is a perfect match like someone who would send the spam.

She has made a hate site, just like the hate sites she made on Nadine.  It is a pattern.  FanFusion doesn’t make hate sites.  Also karina likes to register new Twitter accounts, like she registered @fansitesrights yesterday and a new wordpress blog.  Like a pattern of creating new sites, just like the tumblr, twitter websites that were created.  She is the only one who has this kind of personality, like very aggressive and threatening and yelling things and attacking people.  Fanfusion has a very calm behavior.  When you talk to them, you can tell, not like all jumpy and yelling and things like that.  Karina is very high strung and her personality matches perfectly as someone who would just create new accounts all the time and write in a crazy way like screaming at people to attack them.

We asked my host about this and Fanfusion does not even know Vale, or even know her site or email.  Vale has never emailed fanfusion before and fanfusion has never heard of Vale’s site before.  Vale just suddenly one day starts attacking FanFusion with harassing emails that are filled with profanities, which is exactly what Karina wants, for people to attack fanfusion.  But Karina knows Vale and has her email.  They are even both from Mexico.

Her friend vale says Karina couldn’t have done it because she’s not a hacker.  This pathetic defense fails.  Here is why.  You don’t need to be a hacker to use phplist.  All you had to do, was to have access to a friend who was hosted at fanfusion.org.  Any emails that are sent from one of their servers, of course say their nameservers on it.  Fanfusion is not so stupid that they are going to send spam emails from their own primary nameservers!, but Karina might, if she’s not a “hacker”.  You need no hacking skills to use phplist.

This looks a LOT like the emails that were sent in the spam.  Look at the words she writes, and suddenly writing the words in capital letters, just like the spammer, who writes those exact words like that.  They write the same words in the same exact way.

I am not going to go into where I get my fansite pictures, but she is apparently a saint, who licenses all of her images at http://letmesign.com/gallery/.  I guess she is very rich if she can afford to pay hundreds of dollars for each photo.  It is sad that she has so much money and has nothing better to do than to go around attacking people online.

She also got her “friend” Vale and many other people to harass my host.  Vale is not even hosted there, but she sent them threats and emails to harass them.  Karina is also getting her other friends to harass fanfusion’s cowebs and their staff.

We agree that they are hypocrites.  They claim to be legally perfect, but they steal photos from photo agencies themselves (I have image accounts myself and I can tell you that fansite pictures are not licensed.  It’s the truth.  I wasn’t going to say it here but only fansite webmasters are going to read this and we need to say the truth here).  They claim that spam is illegal, but they send a ton of spam my host, not to mention that they are the ones sending the spam in the first place!  They say that defamation is illegal, but they are the ones who publicly call people criminals, just saying that can get you in serious trouble.  And they are doing the things themselves that they are accusing other people of, and posting lies and defamating other people online.

And they are harassing my host which is illegal.  They sent my host a ton of emails that are filled with profanities and offensive things.  They aren’t even hosted there and my host doesn’t even know who Vale is, but they harass them about responding and harass them when they don’t want to talk to them.  It’s very threatening and it is harassment.  My host is collecting their emails and saving all their posts to send them to lawyers who will build a case against them for criminal harassment.

My site has been hosted with them since about 2005, that’s nearly 7 years.  I have never had a single problem with them.  They have been so helpful to me and I know that I am a very annoying person and I always email them to upgrade my scripts and they always do it.  They do not complain when I email the about the stupidest thing (even a coding problem with my stylesheet, which is something that is supposed to be my job, not theirs).  The only thing is once my permalinks got broken but it was my own fault because I accidentally deleted one of my wordpress files that I wasn’t supposed to, and it was fixed right away.

Anyways, the girl who is posting the nasty things is Karina aka Karina Uribe P. @letmesigndotcom on Twitter.  She is upset because she broke the rules of the host and had to leave the network.  She didn’t agree with the rules of the host, and she hates them so much that she is now posting lies everywhere to make people attack them.  Then, she got her friend Juliana to join in and hack FanFusion.  She sent an email from fanfusion’s server and then sent emails with offensive pics and content of her own “friend” (Nadine!)  What kind of friend/person does that!??

Also fanfusion showed us that they even received tons of spam themselves!  Yes, they sent it because they have nothing better to do than to send spam to themselves, that makes a lot of sense right!?  Fanfusion got hundreds of the spam emails themselves.  Yes, fanfusion had nothing better to do than to send hundreds of spam emails to themselves.  That makes so much sense, people.

It is sad that some people cannot stand that other people are successful, so they need to post lies to make themselves feel better.  Her site name doesn’t even make sense (let me sign!?? ) and no one visits it, and her friend runs a site on ben barnes (i know, exactly what I thought, who on earth is that!??  no one even knows who he is).   Sorry I am bashing them but it’s true, they just can’t accept that their sites just aren’t that popular, so they go around bashing popular sites to make themselves feel better.

Also, use your brains people.  Do you think that fanfusion is so stupid that they will send emails from their main servers using their nameservers in plain sight!??  It’s like someone did it on purpose to try to make it obvious so the person who received the email would get angry at them.  In other words, Karina or her friend did it on purpose to get people to attack fanfusion!  It is really sad that some people have to do this.

Also, fanfusion does not need to do this.  They can buy domains with money and sometimes for thousands or more, and they can just buy a domain if they really wanted to.  They bought my site + domain from me for over $1000.  They told me that they would have even bought that girls site for $4000 if they hadn’t caused problems and the site was still alive but now they aren’t interested anymore because they have a lot of problems and they don’t want to buy a dead site.  But do you think that someone like that needs to steal!?  Seriously, use your brains, people.  If they wanted it so much they would try to buy it first, and they didn’t because they aren’t interested in the site.

The person posting the offensive pictures has nothing better to do.  Like Karina.  People who run companies are very busy people and don’t have time for drama.  Trust me, I know, one of my family members runs a company and they barely have time to even talk to me.  Fanfusion has posted before that they get over 200 emails/day, so they must be really busy.  I even feel bad sometimes when I email them to install something or upgrade something on my site because I know they are so busy with other people.  Seriously, use your brains people.  It is either Karina or one of her friends who has nothing better to do and is posting the offensive things about Nadine, who is her own friend.  Why?  So people will think it is fanfusion and attack fanfusion.  It is so sad that Karina will post things about her own friend just to make a point about the host.

Anyways, I am going to prove to you that it is Karina or one of her friends, and not FanFusion.  If you use common sense and your brains, you will figure this out.  Here are the reasons to prove that it isn’t fanfusion sending the emails.
1. Why would they send spam from their own nameservers and purposely put their own nameservers in plain sight in the emails!?  If someone didn’t want to know who sent the spam they would at least use someone else’s account, you know!?  Not their own.  Obviously the person who did it is trying to make it look like they sent it on purpose and to get people to attack fanfusion.
2. Fanfusions runs a company with 200 emails a day to respond to and are very busy.  Karina has nothing better to do.  It is surely her or one of her friends, I guarantee you that.
3. I received tons of email spam too, and so did fanfusion and some of their own staff.  Yes, they sent it to themselves because it’s fun to send spam to yourself.  That makes a lot of sense.
4. What would be the point of this?  There is none.  Karina of course has a point – she wants to attack fanfusion by spoofing their email.  They don’t even want the domains anymore because the sites are dead, and if they had, they would have tried to buy it first but they didn’t because they don’t even care anymore about the domains.  Fanfusion has moved on from this, and Karina is just attacking them because she has nothing better to do.

So for anyone who is reading, it is not fanfusion who is sending spam.  Karina (or her friend(s)) is sending them because she wants people to hate fanfusion, and has nothing better to do with her time.  It is sad
